My Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on the weekends or federal holidays. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Tuesday. Express and Overnight orders will be processed the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM EST on a weekday. Please allow 1 processing day for Express and Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM EST. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Cranbury, NJ.

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $35 (not including promotions). Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Your order must total $35 before tax is applied and after any discounts are applied. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout so you don’t need to input any code.

We delivery using FedEx or DHL for standard shipping. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please email our customer service: USCustomerService@erborian.com
Our standard shipping time takes about 3-10 business days from the receipt of your order. For an additional fee, we will provide Express Delivery or Overnight Delivery by FedEx.

If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered to Cranbury, NJ, we regret to inform you that your package has been sent to our warehouse facility. Packages are considered undeliverable and are often sent back due (but not limited) to incomplete/non-existent addresses, addresses lacking forwarding information, or addresses that may be physically obstructed. Packages returned to the sender are refunded once they arrive back at our warehouse. The return process may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

From time to time, Carriers will mark packages as âdeliveredâ when they arrive to their local sorting facility. Because of this, we ask that you please allow the full 10 business days for your package to be delivered to you.

Please make sure that you did not use any other offers at the time of checkout. Please note that you must enter a promotional code at checkout in order for you to redeem the promotion. At no time do we offer promotions that are automatically applied at checkout unless you qualify for free shipping. - If you have an account with Erborian, you can sign into your account and check your order status.
- If you checked out as a guest, you can fill in your order number and the email you used for your order and click "Track My Order".
