The program is tiered, meaning your status is determined by the number of points earned on your purchases over a twelve-month period and through qualifying activities.
On the day of your membership in the Program, you acquire the status of Nouveau (“Nouveau”), and benefit from the corresponding advantages. You do not need to accumulate points to maintain the Nouveau level.
On the day you start collecting points (the “Start Date”), you begin your membership at the Erborian Selfcare Collective rewards program.
Your membership at the Erborian Selfcare Collective rewards program lasts a maximum of 12 months, during which:

• If you accumulate 0 to 99 points: you become a Nouveau ("Nouveau");
• If you collect 100 to 299 points: you become an Insider ("Insider").

=> If you have accumulated more than 100 points in the twelve months following your Start Date, you retain your Insider status. You restart your Membership at the Erborian Selfcare Collective rewards program at Insider status with a point balance restored to 100 points, with a new Start Date starting the day after the previous story ended
=> If you have accumulated less than 100 points in the twelve months following your Start Date, we will switch to Nouveau status to continue your story. You restart your Membership at the Erborian Selfcare Collective rewards program at Nouveau status with a point balance restored to 0 points, with a new Start Date starting the day after the previous story ends

• If you accumulate 300 points or more: you become an VIP (“VIP”).

=> If you have accumulated more than 300 points in the twelve months following your Start Date, you retain your VIP status. You restart your Membership at the Erborian Selfcare Collective rewards program at VIP status with a point balance restored to 300 points, with a new Start Date starting the day after the previous story ended
=> If you have accumulated between 100 and 299 points in the twelve months following your Start Date, we will switch to Insider status to continue your story. You restart your Membership at the Erborian Selfcare Collective rewards program at Insider status with a point balance restored to 100 points, with a new Start Date starting the day after the previous story ended
=> If you have accumulated less than 100 points in the twelve months following your Start Date, we will switch to Nouveau status to continue your story. You restart your Membership at the Erborian Selfcare Collective rewards program at Nouveau status with a point balance restored to 0 points, with a new Start Date starting the day after the previous story ended

It is possible that the points accumulated from your activity (purchases, bonus points, etc.) during the last 24 hours have not yet been added to your points balance. Your points will be credited within 24 business hours.

Yes, you can merge 2 accounts if at least 3 of the following fields are identical:

• Same name
• Same last name
• An identical address (e-mail address, telephone number, postal address).

It is not possible to accumulate points at our resellers (perfumeries, corners, pharmacies and similar, etc.) because they are not taking part in the initiative for the moment.

The rewards you are able to receive depend on the tier you have reached. You are therefore entitled to benefit from them as soon as you reach the corresponding tier, regardless of the number of points obtained at that time.
