Welcome to Erborian!

To create an account, click on "Login/Edit Account" in the top right hand corner. Under "Using your email address", select "I'm new" and fill in your email address to start the sign-up process.

We encourage our customers to create accounts so that they can have access to your Order History. This will allow you to cancel your order within one hour of placement if your order is placed outside of our business hours. You also get to take part in our Rewards program including exclusive launches, birthday offers, and other special offers.

We understand that some customers do not want to share their information, and we respect their wishes for privacy. We have created a seamless and convenient guest checkout option for customers who select this experience. Customers who use this feature are still able to access order information and shipment tracking.

1. Click on "Login/Edit Account" in the top right hand side of the web page.
2. Click on "I'm back".
3. Enter your email address and your password. You will be redirected to the "My Summary" section of your account. Click on the "My Profile" and then click on the "Account Information".
4. Click on the "Edit" button on the right hand side of your information.
5. Enter any desired changes to your personal information. For security purposes, you must enter your account password at the bottom before clicking "save" on the right. If you do not enter your password, your changes will not be saved. 

To reset your password, click on "Login/Edit Account" in the top right hand corner. Under "Using your email address", select "I'm back" and under the password field, click on "Forgot Password?".

Fill in the email you use for your account and you'll receive a link to reset your password.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, please click on the “unsubscribe” link that is provided at the bottom of the latest Erborian email you received. If you ever want to opt in so that you can receive promotions and special offers, you can sign up again on our website or give our customer care team a call and request to be added back to our mailing list.
